These terms govern your use of Integrity, the AI-native workspace at app.integrity.sh. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
The service
Integrity lets you and your team create, organize, and share notes, documents, canvases, and meetings, assisted by AI features, and connect third-party services such as Zoom, Google, Telegram, and MCP servers.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Workspace owners control who is a member of their workspace and what those members can access.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans and usage-based AI features are billed through Stripe. Prices, included usage, and metering are shown in the app before you pay. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Your content
You own the content you create or import into Integrity. You grant us the limited license needed to store, process, display, and transmit that content to operate the service — including sending relevant content to AI model providers to fulfil the AI features you invoke. We claim no other rights to it.
AI output
AI-generated content (summaries, drafts, answers) can be inaccurate or incomplete. Review it before relying on it. You are responsible for how you use AI output.
Integrations and recordings
When you connect a third-party service you must have the right to do so under that service's terms. For meeting recordings and transcripts — whether recorded in Integrity or imported from Zoom — you are responsible for complying with applicable recording-consent laws and for informing participants.
Acceptable use
- No unlawful content or activity, and no infringing others' rights.
- No attempts to breach, probe, or overload the service or other users' workspaces.
- No reselling or white-labeling the service without our written agreement.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable. Upon termination we delete your data per our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are a contract between you and Integrity, Inc., 701 Tillery Street Unit 12, 2457, Austin, TX 78702, USA. They are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
